We truly appreciate everyone who made the effort to get dressed up and come. It means a lot to us. We've got some great and hilarious friends! I know this was a different theme to choose for a Halloween party. Seeing that we are even wondering what to be, I figured you may be, too. So here are some ideas that have been bounced around to get the DARK CIRCUS juices flowing.
Think anything circus but add death and spooks- A dead juggler, a masqueraded ghost, evil clown, etc.
(and as always, if you are dying to be something outside of the theme, all freaks are welcome so wear that Darth Vader outfit with pride)

-The 'Strongest Man in the World"
-Human Cannonball
-The man breathing fire (and perhaps his date with singed hair and black face?)
-Sword swallower
-A juggler (He could be wounded with a cleaver in his head!)
- The gentleman who throws knives at the girl standing in front of a large target with the apple on her head (here's an example...sans the skank factor)
-Spooky clowns
-Acrobat
-Trapeze Artist
-Tightrope walker
-Bearded lady
-Masks/Masquerade! Dress up and wear grande ornamental masks or sophisticated spooky ones
-The dude wearing suspenders/bow tie manning the ring toss distributing stuffed animals.
-Mimes
-Magicians
-Animals: Tiger, Elephant, Lion, Sea Lion (You must balance a ball on your nose for everyone, though) and/or exotic animals like peacocks, snakes, etc.
-Attacked Lion tamer
